TERMS & CONDITIONS
By visiting our website and/or purchasing a product from Troggs Surf School, you engage in our 'service' and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which apply to all site users. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to accessing or using our website.
BOOKING A LESSON:
When booking a lesson with Troggs Surf School via the website, on-site office or via the telephone full payment is taken at time of booking, an enrolment form is completed and confirmation email sent.
It is essential that an enrolment form is completed prior to the lesson. This is the responsibility of the group leader, parent, guardian or individual themselves.
100% payment must be received prior to the lesson. Troggs Surf School has the right to cancel the lesson if full payment is not received.
LESSON FEES & TIMES:
Lesson fees and times are correct at the time of publication of this website. Troggs Surf School reserves the right to change fees or times. Should this occur, details will be given to the patricipant at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS:
Cancellation by participant:
- 50% Refund issued for cancellations received 4 weeks or more from date of lesson
- No refund issued for cancellations received less than 4 weeks from date of lesson
- Above terms are applicable for all bookings.
- Should Covid-19 be the reason for cancellation, a gift card to the value of your booking will be issued with no expiry date.
Cancellation by Troggs surf School:
- Should we have to cancel your lesson due to unsuitable weather, sea conditions, Covid-19 or for any other reason, we will reschedule. If no immediate date is suitable a gift card to the value of your booking will be issued which will be valid for 12 months from the original lesson date.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Of participant:
I accept that I participate in lessons/activities with Troggs Surf School at my own risk. I have completed an enrolment form making Troggs Surf School aware of all personal medical conditions (ie: Asthma, Epilepsy etc) or special needs that may affect mine or others safety during my time with Troggs Surf School.
I understand alcohol or drugs are forbidden prior to or during my lesson/activity with Troggs Surf School. If found under the influence of alcohol or drugs I will be refused the right to participate.
Of Troggs Surf School:
We accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage or third party claims which occur through no fault of our own unless proven negligent.
The information given to Troggs Surf School by participants when booking and completing enrolment forms will be kept securely on record by Troggs Surf School. Participants will be given a choice to receive email communication regarding offers from Troggs Surf School and personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
Any accommodation, restaurants or other suppliers listed on this website act only as a guide and Troggs Surf School accept no responsibility for loss, damage, cancellations or negligence by these parties.
COMPLAINTS:
Complaints concerning Troggs Surf School must be sent via email to troggssurfschool@gmail.com, strictly within 7 days.
MEETING POINT:
Meeting Point is East Strand Water Sports Centre.
Late arrival:
Troggs Surf School reserve the right to start the lesson without individual participants or groups without issuing a refund. We do endeavour to accommodate participants in extenuating circumstances ie: traffic/parking issues,
however it is the participants responsibility to arrive early and meet the lesson time agreed on booking.
