Meet Natasha


Hi i'm Natasha, I've been practicing yoga for the past 8 years, and i fell in love with it so much, I travelled to India to undertake my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I'm qualified in three types of yoga: hatha, vinyasa and asthnanga.

To get you surf/paddle board ready and to enjoy a really nice cool down, we incorporate a mixture of all three types of yoga, with some breath work and ocean insipred meditation.
