A 1 hour lesson 1-1 with the instructor allows you to fine tune your skills, with the instructors undivided attention. If you have surfed before and looking to progress further into the sport this could be for you, or a beginner who would greatly benefit from the 1-1 attention and coaching to hone in on your skills.
